I had an absolutely amazing stay at the Hollywood Beach Hotels! From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious — perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The pool area was one of my favorite spots. It was always well-kept, with plenty of loungers, and a great place to unwind. The nearby restaurants were fantastic as well, offering tons of delicious options just steps away. Being right by the boardwalk was a huge bonus — everything from morning walks to evening entertainment was right outside the door. The location truly can’t be beat! Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great service, good rooms, and the perfect beachside ex

I would NOT recommend this rental to anyone. I arrived after being fully charged, only to be told there was no reservation under my name. (I reserved two rooms) The staff was extremely rude and made no effort to help or figure out the issue.||The property itself was disgusting. The rentals were dirty, there were bugs, and the entire place felt unsafe. There were several sketchy people hanging around, and it genuinely seemed like drug users were living on the premises. Very disgusting. ||This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with an hotel. Save yourself the stress and stay somewhere else.||Ended up renting a beautiful air bnb on the beach after leaving here. Was still charged for this hotel even though they could not find my reservation so fraud claim it is.

We booked via trip.com as a family of 3 which was also mentioned on the booking confirmation. Upon arrival we got a room with 1 bed and I had to upgrade to a room 50% more expensive. No discussion was possible about it,.Location: very good, <5 minutes walking from the beach.Hygiene: floor was extremely sticky and windows so dirty one can hardly see through.Breakfast was included in the price, which is nice, but do not expect much, expect for a nicely decorated outside breakfast area.Service fee for 2 nights is 40$ , this is not transparent when you book on trip.com

It all started when we first checked in, We booked a one bedroom and ended up having 2 beds in the same room. The lights were flickering the whole time. Everything barely worked including the shower and sink. The door wouldn’t even stay closed. You had to make sure the door was locked the entire time or it would open on its own. Then one night we had an employee randomly come in without knocking. They just put in the code in. It wasn’t even room service. Felt completely unsafe. Won’t recommend to anyone. I didn’t expect it to be perfect but definitely not like this.

I honestly can’t believe how poorly I was treated. Federal employee affected by the shutdown and not getting paid right now but still required to work, I had no choice but to cancel my long-planned trip to Florida. It was already a stressful situation, and I called the hotel hoping for a little understanding or compassion. Instead, the woman who called herself a “manager,” Lisa, hung up on me twice. TWICE. I was calm and polite, just trying to explain my situation and ask if there was any way to work something out. Her response? Hanging up in my face. Is this really how you treat customers before they even arrive? I can only imagine how bad the service must be in person. It’s sad and infuriating that someone in a customer service role could be so rude and unprofessional. I will never stay
