We had the pleasure of staying at Oceansedge for two weeks in September 2021, and it was an unforgettable experience for our group of three couples. This period home offers stunning waterfront views that instantly captivated us upon arrival. The house itself is charming and beautifully maintained, reflecting its character while providing all the modern comforts we needed. Each couple found their accommodations comfortable and spacious, allowing everyone to relax and enjoy their privacy when needed. One of the highlights of our stay was the location. As avid cyclists, we loved that we could pedal from the house and be in Acadia National Park within just one mile, allowing us to explore the beautiful landscapes and trails that Acadia is known for. Everything about Oceansedge screams home away from home with a spectacular 360 view. The home has everything one could want, warm and comfortable. The yard in itself is a thing of beauty, beautiful walks through the trees just steps from the front door. Views from the property unbelievable. On clear nights you can see the Milky Way and the stars go on forever. The homeowner is a true gem, very accommodating. Have to admit we are a bit picky where we stay, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. The short drive to Bar Harbor is easy and access to Acadia is literally around the corner. Ten Stars!!!

Our family stayed at this resort property and enjoyed every aspect of the luxury it afforded. The convenience into and out of Acadia was fantastic. We could go back home to pick up something we forgot, drop off a tired traveler or stay out from dawn to dusk enjoying this beautiful part of Maine. We also enjoyed private, quiet neighborhood strolls, secluded beachfront, incredible sunrises and sunsets, ducks, chipmunks, deer and other wildlife right in the yard. Whether we enjoyed a breakfast in the kitchen overlooking the private backyard, eating outside or the convenience to the activities and restaurants in Bar Harbor, we were never disappointed. The experience of a lifetime. This is a home with every detail considered. Beautiful furnishings. Books everywhere curated by topic. Want to sit on the dock? Fabulous furniture for you to sit alone in a serene environment or have cheese and wine with friends. Actually, a bottle is already chilling when you arrive. Want to grill? All the necessary equipment is ready and waiting. The beds are comfortable and the pictures in the home tell a story for generations. A privilege to be here.

My husband and I and three other couples stayed in this beautiful home for a great Maine vacation. The owner was very accommodating and recommended an excellent private chef for a terrific dinner in the gorgeous dining room. The house is well equipped and comfortable with lovely gardens. The location is great for touring the area, and the view is simply phenomenal.
