Oceanique Resort

We felt so at home here - it is like visiting family, every single staff member is welcoming and respectful of your time there. Summer, the manager is amazing, I never met a more personable accommodating resort manager who ensures such a smooth day to day operation, very impressive! The apartments are big and offer incredible ocean views and big balconies. They are ultra clean with literally everything you need - even laundry detergent for the washer/dryer. Im so glad we found this place - I will return with my son in April for an extended stay. Deeply grateful for this experience. A big thanks and thumbs up to the entire staff.

My family of 6 stayed for a week around New Years and had an absolutely fantastic vacation. The rooms were well-appointed with many recent updates. There was plenty of space for us. We cooked most nights and didn’t have a problem at all making ourselves at home. The balcony and view were a definite bright spot, and we spent a lot of time visiting outside or just sitting. |The grounds also didn’t disappoint. We went from the pool to the hottub to the beach to the clubhouse to the shuffleboard court. Everything was well maintained. The kids played ping pong and we took some games up to the room for evening fun. The website indicates that in mid-January 2025 they are renovating the pool area. Facilities and rooms were very nice but furnishings were a little dated but in the process of being updated. Each of the 24 rooms contain two bedrooms and two baths, a well equipped kitchen, and comfortable living room. The one negative was the problems keeping the elevator in the northern building running. Intermittant problems on Tuesday and Wednesday were highly inconvenient for persons suffering with physical problems traversing stairs. Fortunately, staff was very willing to help carry luggage down the stairs when checking out without an operating elevator in Friday morning. I would return to the facility with fully operating elevator service. Elevator service was promised for Friday which would hopefully restore full service.

Let me start by saying that the value, location, condo size, and views are a 5/5 stars. This Resort has so much potential. With a few modifications and some necessary capital improvements - this place could sparkle! I do not think this location is safe for pregnant women or those with health conditions. There was a intense damp/mildew smell upon our arrival. There was a dehumidifier inside but it was full and not running when we arrived. There was not enough hot water to fill the bathtub in the main bedroom more than two inches. When we went to turn off the bathtub, the water would not turn off initially and was stuck for a long time before we could turn it off. The toe-kick under the main bathroom sink cabinet is kicked in at the end, could allow water intrusion. There was black mold spot

Two buildings with nice size 2 bedroom condos that all face the beach. The first floor is parking so units start on the second floor with a decent view. Also a nice little pool area with grill and boardwalk to the beach. While we were there, we noticed that the other tower elevator was not working. The furniture in our room was a bit worn and the master bath had some minor water damage that could use some love. But altogether, it was a nice stay and I would stay here again.
