Love this hotel in the summer! My husband and I have been a few times. This time we came with family for the Thanksgiving buffet. It was fantastic! Food was delicious, great selection and service was on point. Very quiet this time of year but still nice to walk around Pier Village. Unfortunately the indoor pool pump was broken so the water was freezing. Big disappointment for my young son. Also the mattress was uncomfortable in the room. Overall its a wonderful place for a getaway, we will be back!

Rooms are somewhat updated, bedding is comfortable, we had a balcony with ocean view. Some of the bathroom fixtures felt outdated and run down. We returned to our room to find a towel across the door, water on the rug in the hallway, zero explanation, no phone calls. Front desk staff (one person) was extremely unfriendly, unwelcoming. Very overpriced, especially for off season, charging an extra “resort fee”, for what? No beach in the winter! Hopefully not for the small green swimming pool or smelly small gym!! Our friends were down the street at The Wave, paid less for their room, and the service and accommodations were a 5/5 by comparison. At least we had free parking and free coffee in the morning. Will not stay here again. Love Long Branch and Pier Village but OP is not up to par.

This is the second time I've stayed at resort. As usual, check in was a breeze and everyone was friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless and comfortable. My only complaint is the restaurant was listed as having breakfast available, but was closed.||I had booked spa appointments; I'm a full time caretaker of my husband and this was my self-care. The services ( full body wrap and facial) were on time and done with care. I left feeling rested and pampered.
