Ocean Front RV Resort

Very nice facility for a small town RV Campground. The WiFi was good enough to game and stream which is a make or break for me. A pro and con is being next to the two gas stations. You are conveniently close, at the same time you can hear the semi J brakes in the middle of the night. Dog park, Pool, (better than most)Gym, multiple showers for male and female, small turf soccer field, sand volley ball, horse shoes, corn hole, fire pits, covered tables, washeteria. Plenty of space to move your camper in and out

We have been there 1 month and almost No internet service. When we complained about it they said they were in a lawsuit with the internet company and could not get us any service but still will not lower your rent either🙄So if you need internet service for your work at night you don’t need to stay here. Other than that it’s ok but it is 650 and 750 a month🙄Edit as of 10-15-24 they went up on the rent ! no more 650 it is 725.00 and still pityful internet.

Good place to stay, very clean, management is very attentive and extremely helpful even offered to help me get set up when I first arrived also laundry room is always clean and looked after only thing is if you don’t mind the constant semi trucks passing through the highway then it’s a great place to stay

Stayed here a month while we were in town for work, and we were more than happy with our stay. Lots of accommodations; pool, basketball courts, playground for kids, corn hole/horse shoe area, large grilling spaces, dog park, etc. As well as a gym, and very nice indoor common area behind the office that included a kitchen. The shower/bath houses were extremely clean, staff on site every morning going around the park to keep it clean as well. The whole park is also gated which is always a nice feeling. Pretty well priced when considering all that’s available to you. If you’re staying in Kermit whether it’s with family, animals, or alone we would highly recommend Ocean Front.

The park is nice thanks to the maintenance guy Pete but management sucks, Veronica is very rude & is practically never in office even though she lives across from it. You can’t use the rec room unless you rent it. Internet doesn’t work unless you’re close to the main building. They don’t enforce the dog on a leash policy & people don’t clean up after their animals.
