Pros: The owner/management was attentive and responded to emails quickly. When I mentioned the apartment smelled like cigarette smoke, the manager came by and offered air fresheners. The place was clean and it was just perfect in size. 3 full size beds and a living room. Full size refrigerator with a full kitchen. It was close to where we needed to be. The pool looked to be clean. It had a locked gate at the entrance of the building. It had a little table and chairs outside the door. Cute kitties visited in the mornings. Cons: The outdoor area had picnic tables and most of the time, there were people sitting outside smoking (I think some of the places are apartment rentals). My first time at an Air B&B and it was a very pleasant experience. VERY clean, host is very sweet and attentive. I was looking for some peace and tranquility and I found it! Beautiful place, comfortable. Only 10 min from Hollywood beach.

The place was great, my room was comfortable and very quiet. The manager was very helpful and the host will always answer on time if I had any questions. The areas are kept well clean. I was there for work and I will definitely book again.
