Rented an apartment for a five week stay, greated the first Monday morning with rotary hammers and concrete drills under our apartment from 7:15 am until 3 pm Monday through Friday. Contacted Oakwood and were told they weren't previoysly informed of the construction and we were welcome to leave but they could not offer any alternatives to help us out. The apartment should not have been offered as available.
