Oaks

I stayed here with my significant other while I attended MWI, the facilities are very nice and clean with on sight laundry. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The landlords are very accommodating, I had an injury and am currently on medical leave but plan to go back to this housing when I return to school. The rooms have a nice sized fridge, as well as a microwave. The beds are comfortable and they have nice hot water. Everything is well maintained, all around good place to stay. Sherri and Mr. Snyder were very friendly and made sure the grounds felt safe and welcoming to everyone.

I stayed at the oaks while attending MWI and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. The landlord, office people, and maintenance people are so nice and caring and always there when you need something no matter what time of the day it is. Everything was clean, and kept up with it was so peaceful. The beds are comfortable, the water pressure in the shower is amazing, and the rooms are spacious.

I stayed here at the Oaks while I went to school at MWI. Great place to stay during school. The beds provide are amazing and they have everything you could possibly need for the 18 weeks. Great people running it as well. Very kind and willing to help with any problem at any time. 10/10 would definitely stay here again!

I got to stay here from October 23, 2023 to March 12, 2024 and I can honestly say that the oaks was my home for a short period of my life. I was a student at Missouri Welding Institute and the oaks made my trade school life 100 times better. I got to make many many memories there that I will remember for the rest of my life. The landlord was super nice and worked very hard to insure I had a nice quiet and peaceful stay. I talk with some of my buddies I met there and all the time we say “Man don’t you just wish we could go back to the oaks for just one more day😭”. Absolutely loved this place!

I was at the oaks from nov 20-may24 the owners are very nice and kind they let you know when you have mail to pickup and make sure everything stays quiet and peaceful. The beds are super comfortable and the water pressure in the shower is better then mine at home I was on a leave of absence for 2 months and the owners completely understood and helped out however they could. I would recommend anyone to stay at the oaks whether you’re going to MWI or just passing through its a nice place to stay or live.
