Oak ridge hotel

Beautiful room with lots of space. Clean, comfortable including the bed and pillows. Full kitchen and table with microwave, coffee pot with coffee. Very clean. Only down side was the toilet seat needs replaced. Not dirty just cracked. Enjoyed the end of our anniversary weekend staying here. Never seen or smelled anything bad as some have said. Great place and will come back. Only gave 4 stars on service because check in is way to late and they will use let you in early.

This is an older hotel but it was definitely maintained somewhat there was a few minor things that could have been better but overall it was great. Staff was great. The door on the bathroom wouldn't stay open. Very very low water pressure in shower. No phone in the room so if you need anything you either have to go to front desk or call with personal phone. Other than that, was a great stay. Very close to the strip and access to everything. They do ask if you want to sit through a 90 minute time share presentation, but not required and they don't keep asking when there sp that's nice. :)

Location was great, so close to many of the places we wanted to visit. Room was nice. Included full size refrigerator, microwave, dish washer, oven and small coffee maker. The room could definitely use some updates, however, it was very clean. Did not have iron, ironing board or hairdryer in the room but , those items were available upon asking at the front desk. Katie, who worked the desk several days we were there, was THE SWEETEST and most professional!

Very clean, quiet place! The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances you may need if you plan to cook! Plenty of towels, comfortable bed and pillows. Has a separate living room area, so it feels like you’re staying in a 1 bedroom apartment. Cold AC, good water pressure in the shower, overall, a very nice place and very affordable! My only suggestion for them would be to put up curtains instead of the wooden blinds, as the room is very bright as soon as the sun comes up, so if you’re wanting to sleep in a bit, there’s no way to keep the room darker.

When we arrive to check in We were informed they dont do room cleaning or laundry you have to call between certain times if you need clean towels or wait until morning when we got to our room turned lights on in our room and there were roaches in the bathroom we killed one use one of the towels they provided. No food is offered at this hotel and the main halls smelled of pot. Their doors are left open and no one is there throughout the night so security isn’t offered. Very disappointed wouldn’t recommend this establishment for any length of time of your stay in Branson Missouri.
