Nuvo Suites Hotel

My suite was cute and cozy—I truly felt at home. The bed was very comfortable, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the hotel was clean and smelled fresh. Although the beach was about 30 minutes away, I was able to grab a bite to eat and enjoy it during my Lyft ride while taking in the views along the way. This trip definitely helped clear my mind. I wasn’t overcharged, and my deposit was refunded with no hassle at all. The staff was wonderful, and I truly appreciate the experience for my birthday 12/27 🥳🥳🥳. Please take a look at the notice on the wall. I have never seen anything like this in any other hotel, which shows that they regularly have plumbing issues.||||I have been traveling across different cities in Florida for a week, and every day I have given excellent ratings to all the hotels I stayed in. Unfortunately, this property has been the worst experience of my entire trip.||||From the moment we arrived, the toilet in our room was clogged. I called the front desk at 9 PM, and I was told that someone would come to fix it. We waited for a long time, and because we were exhausted, we eventually fell asleep. During the night, I called again, and the staff member told me to come downstairs and take a plunger myself. This is completely inappropriate, unprofessional, and absolutely not the

Nice hotel. Housekeeping came by each day. Breakfast could have used some better options but still fine, free valet parking was good though they left our car door unlocked on a couple occasions. My sunglasses were either left behind or stolen from the car. The hot tub is nice though the jets need servicing. Essentially with the jets needing servicing, the water just jumps around abruptly wearing your face and such but not providing a jetted experienced. I mentioned it to staff but I don’t believe this was a priority and it also appeared it may have been the case for sometime . The staff were friendly.

Our very brief stay at Nuvo was pleasant and comfortable . Like its name, it has a very contemporary vibe. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and neat. The small sitting area outside the bedroom was comfortable. The hotel is conveniently close to two malls where we could eat, shop and/or see a movie. I would recommend Nuvo. (Note there is no airport shuttle bus. Uber was very reasonable.)

Positive: Washer dryer and kitchen and that why we chose it . Negative: got this hotel because it stated pet friendly. I call front desk to ask for the fee once i booked room was told 25 -pounds,i get there whole bunch of big dogs in the hotel!Construction in the same floor next to my wall 8am was told srry cant do anything
