Novotel Miami Brickell

I was delighted with my stay with my two young daughters. The staff is extremely charming and attentive, whether at check-in, at the rooftop bar, or through the housekeeping service. The facilities are perfect, the room is well-kept and clean, and the hotel is very well located with easy access to main attractions. Our favorite spot was indeed the rooftop pool. It was my first stay in Miami, and without a doubt, a true love at first sight. (As a little anecdote, my daughter cried when we left — a sign that she felt very happy there.) Thank you to the young man at the rooftop bar for his gentleness and kindness, as well as to Alex Mendoza for our email exchanges.

We had a tough experience with canceled plans and Christian was so helpful and kind. He really made our experience so much better. ||Then we had breakfast with Victor who was funny and a great server. He was kind and attentive. Felt like family as soon as we arrived. ||The hotel itself is beautiful the rooms were very nice.

Positive: The employees at this hotel were wonderful and treated us like family. The hotel was beautiful and felt new. Everything was on point whatever we needed and wherever we went in the hotel. Parking was a breeze which is a big problem in Miami. Negative: Nothing.

The staff were very energetic and extremely helpful. The rooms were modernly designed, spacious, and very clean. The overall interior design of the hotel — including the reception area, rooftop bar, and restaurant — was very stylish and elegant. The breakfast was quite sufficient and of good quality. Overall, I was very satisfied and truly enjoyed every aspect of my stay.

Overall, this hotel lives up to its 4-star reputation. It is a solid but unremarkable property. The entryway is quite underwhelming and the lobby, while on brand for Miami, looks better in pictures than in person. The carpets are stained and the overall vibe is neither tasteful nor elevated, but tacky. It looks like something an Instagrammer would appreciate. The food served at the on-site restaurant was mediocre. We stayed in the Executive Suite (the front desk was kind enough to upgrade us to one on a high floor, which is very much appreciated), and it was fine. The floor plan is U-shaped and the sitting area is far from the bedroom; it doesn't make the room feel particularly spacious. However, there are plenty of windows and you get a nice panoramic view.
