Norton Shores Inn

I wish there was a .5 because one bed has blood on the sheets but no roaches or bed bugs. The outside is ridiculously dirty!! They charging 90$ plus 20$ deposit, but I can’t even access the WiFi. Someone…any one…come save me!!! Jk blessed to see another day and grateful to those who still believe in me and keeping some type of roof over my head till I move into our own. Update 8/21 the owner totally got over me he charged me 90 the first night then 80 the next 4 nights when I could have used all that and put 100 down on deposit and 350 for the whole 7days! The WiFi never worked and the new room I stayed in you could tell wasn’t cleaned at all! Smh if you need a roof over your head and just that only this is your place!

No toilet paper no towels dirty sheets heater not working very dirty smell won't rent there again

When I was there. The pool had no water. The rooms had paint all over the walls that were coming. They expand their prices because of the pool but in fact don't have a pool. For that amount of money they should have a breakfast. The room should smell fresh and warm. But they don't. I suggest that you don't go to the Norton shores inn.. and seeing that it is going into the fall months. They should lower their prices to $45 and no deposit. Thank you .

I would not stay in this hotel. The pictures on the website is not how the hotel looks like at all. Must of been old photos. The pool didn't have water in it And the rooms are very old and not well keep up. I can't imagine how many problems would of occured if we stayed. I didn't care that I lost my money,. Worth not getting bed bugs or who knows what else. Please try to update your website so folks know especially if they are traveling and don't have other options to stay anywhere else.

I honestly couldn't imagine a place being this dirty. The pictures are very deceiving. Looks like a cute little place with a pool, but having the pool shut down was the least of my childrens concerns. As we walked into the room the first thing we noticed was the foul oder that consumed the room.. then we noticed the garbage and chunks of food and crumbs on the floor. If I could post the pictures we took on here that would be nice cause honestly no one could imagine how bad it was. I immediately went and purchased bleach cleaner and febreeze. Since we didn't check in till 9 pm we were stuck for the night. In the morning I went to let the lady at the front desk know we would not be staying a second night , which I had already paid for due to the terrible conditions and would like a refund
