Northern Pride Lodge & Campground

The lodge was beautiful. Decorated so well with very interesting items. The rooms were clean, comfortable and our jetted tub was great! Justin and Betty were wonderful hosts. Would get us anything we needed and were always available. The food was fantastic. Every meal was cooked with love. We were riding this weekend and the trails were accessible right from the lodge!

We just got back from a 10-day stay at Northern Pride Lodge, and it was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed by the hosts. The lodge has that perfect Maine wilderness charm—peaceful, scenic, and tucked right into nature. One of the highlights of our trip was how many moose we saw! Every day brought something new to explore, and the setting was ideal for relaxing and reconnecting with family. We had amazing campfires, did some fishing off the dock, and took the canoe out to explore First Roach Pond The food was excellent—hearty, homemade meals that hit the spot after a day of outdoor adventures. I stayed at Northern Pride Lodge recently before heading out for some backcountry skiing in Greenville. I had stayed in Greenville previously but was looking for a new experience. Northern Pride more than fit the bill. The lodge was immaculate and very comfortable. After quickly settling into my room, I headed for the heated porch for some reading. I was served a nice hot cup of tea. I then moved into the sitting room where I continued reading with a nice glass of wine. After this terrific service I was glad I had made dinner reservations. There were only two other guests so Barbara and Wayne joined us for dinner. It was a wonderful opportunity to get to know our hosts over an excellently prepared meal. My boyfriend and I camped here a few months ago and we did not get around to writing our review until now. We came after trying to camp at Lily Bay which was closed, and our hosts at Northern Pride were more than happy to accommodate us! We camped 3 nights and had a wonderful time. Excellent pricing and amenities for rural camping. We hope to visit again in the next couple years!

Was a very relaxing visit, many Lil side roads for nature & sightseeing. The owners Becky & Justin were very accommodating & took us out sightseeing seeing.. finally caught a moose & 2 babies..absolutely worth the drive...
