North Georgia Vacation Spots- Ellijay

Rented a cabin from North Georgia Vacation Spots for two nights, a few minutes after our arrival on the first night a storm caused a large tree to fall on the cabin, damaging the roof, knocking the chimney off and making it unsafe to stay. Our luggage hadn't made it past the living room, we had not even used the bedrooms or bathroom when we had to rush out due to the storm damage. We called the property manager Dominic immeadiately who said it was no problem and he "would clear all the charges" for us. We were luckily able to find a hotel about 4 miles away. After the storm passed we went back to get our belongings. We stayed at Coyote Bluff. The property is so high up in the mountains that the drive to it is steep and dangerous. Our plan was to check into the cabin and then go back out to get some groceries, but we were so shaken up when we arrived that we decided to leave for fear that we would lose courage to make it back to the road safely. The most difficult part was after entering the gate. Parts of the ~ 1 mile long extremely narrow gravel drive were so steep that we lost traction several times and we were afraid of slipping off. No guardrails, no hint of a shoulder. We did enter the property and looked around. There were dead bugs inside the cabin and a live hornet at one of the windows. We enjoyed our stay with North Georgia Vacation Spots at the Birds Eye View cabin! The cabin was well stocked and maintained and the view was lovely, but also convenient and easy to get to. North Georgia Vacation Spots was very responsive to all of my questions and easy to work with. We left behind some earbuds by mistake while we were checking out and they were happy to mail them home to us. Overall, we are very happy and satisfied with our experience and wouldn't hesitate to book with them again!

I've rented from this company previously but we rented Serenity Cabin recently 1/12/24 - 1/15/24 for our anniversary getaway we enjoyed the cabin itself but I couldn't use the main balcony at all due to door problems. The pool table was unbalanced and the upper room floor was full of long white dog hair due to poor cleaning. I am currently being treated from being bitten by either bed bugs,fleas or ticks at this cabin I didn't sit or lay anywhere out of the ordinary different from my other guest besides the Large chair in the main living room. I think the chair should be inspected and treated other than that I enjoyed my stay and the amenities and would book again...

We rented a cabin (fox den) as a Christmas gift with the sole purpose of it having a hot tub. When we arrived he hot tub was not working. We followed a few instructions to see if we could get it working but could not and so called for some help. They refused to come out the first night to fix it. They said they would be out the next morning. The next day when we returned to the cabin they had said they had been out, but we still found the hot tub not working. At this point we started talking about some sort of refund with them. They did get someone out to fix it on our third and final day but it only worked for 2 hours before it stopped working again.
