Rustic, yes, but that's what you should expect. Bring paper towels and coffee filters. Owners are SUPER accommodating and friendly. We originally booked a more commercial place for most of our stay and booked this place for the days the other place was full. We would definitely just stay at North Country Cabins for our whole vacation next time, just because of the flexibility and kindness of the owners.
A group of 4 of us stayed in a cabin for our successful moose hunt the last week of October this 2025. The cabin had the exact woodsy feel you’re looking for when staying in a cabin. Yet it was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities you could want. Warm showers, comfy beds, clean linens, awesome porch, a kitchen with cooking supplies, and a great heater. Could not recommend enough and I’m really looking forward to staying there again.
Iv stayed at North Country Cabins twice this year. Cabins are cozy and have all the amenities you need while still having that rustic feeling. Fishing was good this spring. We will definitely be back in the fall with our dog for some bird hunting. Owners were very nice and easy to work with.
