North Cascades Inn

We LOVED this place! We booked here last minute and was completely surprised by how nice it was. Rooms were spacious, everything was clean and comfortable. They even supplied us little muffins, fruit, and waters for breakfast. For being so remote and so close to the parks, we were pleasantly surprised! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great place to stay in the middle of the North Cascades and hiking Cascade Pass. Check-in process was kind of strange but went very smoothly. We stayed in the Bear Room - plenty of room, fridge had water and snacks. It is a historic place that needs a bit of updating. The room had only a small window and lighting was very minimal. The discount at Upriver Grill was an added bonus, good coffee shop and convenience store are next door. Enjoyed sitting on the bench out front with other guests - lots of cocktails and conversation!

ProsThe room was decorated fine and was close to the park. The bed was super comfortable. ConsBecause my phone number is international, they never sent me the text to check in. There was nobody at the entrance so we had to call. Man who picked up had a pretty bad attitude, but the girl was friendly. Room smelled like an armpit that hasn’t been washed in weeks. Also the fridge in the shared living room was completely stocked by another guest. The other guests were loud and talkative until around midnight, and started the next day around 5:30AM. Next time I’ll stay farther away and drive. Maybe in Concrete

Myself and boyfriend have stayed here twice now! Both experiences have been unforgetful! The rooms are clean with themes that I won't speak of since it's like a surprise when you walk in! I can not wait to see the others now in the future! Denise, Linda and Holly are wonderful ladies! They have helped me in so many ways I can not list! You ladies make the North Cascade Inn the best hotel in hundreds of miles/or even in the STATE in my opinion. Can not wait for the third time visit! It will be epic for sure! We were wanting to visit North Cascades National Park and we found this place online. We booked the room and showed up for our visit. The Innkeepers were spot on sending us text messages and instructions on how to enter and use the amenities. The Inn itself is a historic place and has rich history in the community. The sleeping arrangements were magnificent as the beds were comfortable, tv accommodating, bathroom more than adequate, and room was spacious. Did I mention very clean and fresh towels. In the days of having people in and out of rooms visiting parks around the country, these people keep their place clean and up to date. We would stay here again if ever in this area again.
