North Beach Hotel

There's a lot to love about the North Beach Hotel. SOOOOO close to the beach! The few staff we ran into (Al, the people at the cafe on the corner...) were really nice and kind, and the place feels cared for and not corporate. We rented room 4 for me and my three friends for a birthday/bachelorette, two sharing the king bed and two in the bunk beds. It was pretty perfect. Easy access with a code and getting a parking permit from the cafe worked out great. And a nice half hour walk to the Knife and Fork was really fun too. Breakfast at their North Beach Cafe and Creamery was great.

I stayed here with my mom for 3 nights on the third floor. It was cozy, the bed was nice and the windows opened. Nice kitchenette and good water pressure. Adding a little cushioning under the carpet next to the kitchen area would be my only recommendation, it was a little bit of an unexpected slope that was easy to trip on and sometimes you could feel a sharp nail coming through the carpet, but other than that the room we stayed in was entirely comfortable and I would stay there again. The distance to the beach was very doable for my mother who has bad knees. The cafe nearby is also very convenient.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights on the third floor. Room and property are VERY clean and well kept, and the kitchenette is very convenient. Beach tags are free (there is a deposit which is fully refunded). Around the corner from Bubbie’s Kosher Restaurant, which is a plus for us. Just know in advance that you will be climbing stairs!

The hotel was very clean and conveniently located to the beach and restaurants that were offered in the area. It has a great front porch to sit on and we met two other couples staying there as well who we spoke with for awhile while enjoying the nice night. Would definitely stay here again.

I've stayed at North Beach numerous times now and have been very pleased each time. Always clean and very quiet when staying there. It is my go to place when in the area.
