Norseman House Motel

The motel is closed! Phone number does not answer 715-445-3300. The former owner, Terry, was a great host and kept a clean establishment. Now it is rented out to foundry workers. Grass is literally 2 ft. tall. Used to be a nice family owned motel. No longer.

The motel used to be a beautiful place; even had a nice pool. Now the grass is rarely mowed (looks like a pasture) & the pool is dry, over-run with weeds and unusable. Sad. It was kept up very well when Terry owned it. Not anymore. Update, it's May 2025 and grass is once again over a foot tall. Hire someone if you can't figure out the mower.

Everyone was so nice and we loved the rooms and the environment, but woke up the second day to find bedbugs. It was a terrible ordeal. We lost pretty much a whole day with our family on our short trip, the family we love so much and barely get to see. We spent so much time cleaning and washing everything, but I’m still terrified that we brought them home. They can live up to a year without feeling so I guess we’ll be in the clear in about a year. Sucks we have to wait that long to fully recover from that hotel stay and to know our family and home are safe

This is an older motel but very clean. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean with a very nice shower. The rest of the motel was quiet at night. Nice place to stay. We would stay there again. We did not look around the property as we were in the area for an event and only at the motel long enough to sleep and leave the next morning.

Your basic motel and the only one in town. We got the kitchenette and it's very clean and tidy. The room is incredibly spacious with plenty of room for us to set up our toddler's pack n play. Full size fridge and freezer, stove, queen bed, futon, table and chairs, and clean bathroom. There aren't any other options in town, but if there were, we'd still choose this motel for its charm and the graciousness of the hosts. There's also a small outdoor pool and play area for the little ones.
