NOLA Inn

My stay here was absolutely horrible! On top of traveling at least 14 hours, the front desk receptionist was extremely rude at check in. The room I stayed in, the door looked like it had been pried open at some point. Maybe a raid by law enforcement? I don't know. The free wifi didn't work, tv had a very large crack, the vent in the bathroom was hanging on by a thread. The complementary breakfast was an absolute joke. Staff that lives on site, that were smoking marijuana and being loud at midnight furthest from their own rooms which would be by the office 4 doors from the room I was staying in with my 2 year old daughter. The room has roaches, with a nest in the hardware of the mini fridge, with also signs of previous bedbug problems still on the mattress. Then at checkout, staff and a dif

This hotel was absolutely horrendous I wouldn’t even offer it to a homeless person as that would be an insult there was literally cigarette butts on the floor inside the room when we walked in the doors wouldn’t lock the door that connected to the room next to it was broken and wouldn’t even close. We walked to the door to enter the room and it wasn’t closed to begin with. So that was red flag #1. Just an overall shitty place never recommend

We arrived to the hotel after a 24 hr drive down from NY and the hotel told us they did not have our reservation so we had to wait in the car for 2 hrs while I was on hold with Hopper. We ended up getting the room and walked into a dirty room. The smell was horrible and there was no way of getting that smell out. We had to clean the floors and counters and bathroom ourselves. Make the room somewhat livable for the weekend. They ended up keeping our deposit because we were still packing up by 11:30 and then had the staff there going back and forth with us over the deposit. Don’t even mention the people who are there as regulars asking for free things out the back of our car. Def don’t recommend coming back here

Manger is a huge red flag, bursted into our room saying no one should be in this room right now after we already paid. We paid an early check in fee. Room was dirty as hell I cleaned. Used bedsheets on the bed with stains. You’re better off going somewhere else.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Absolutely worst place I’ve ever attempted to stay in. Left within 10 minutes. Dirty diapers and other stuff outside rooms, dogs barking in rooms. Door in between what was supposed to be my room had been kicked in and unsecured allowing other room to enter…bed filthy and linen had holes and burn marks. Upon deciding to just leave room…tried door to leave and handle wouldn’t open the door!!!! I couldn’t get out of room and had to call front desk. Ridiculous. I was Army 27yrs and slept in some sketchy places but this place scared me. Not today!
