Nob Hill Motel & Cabins

Absolutely the most wonderful motel we have ever stayed in, so much so we highly recommend to anyone we know that will be in the area. Sweetest owners you will ever meet!! Cleanest and cutest retro decorated place I have ever stayed and I have stayed in a whole lot of motels/hotels as we travel the country for work. I took a video of the outside and the inside, I will post that as well!! You definitely will not be disappointed if you stay here!! 1000/10 recommend!! What made up our minds on staying here were the bed sheets hanging out on the line, I knew if the sheets were hung out to dry, it was a clean place.

We have stayed at Nob Hill several times and loved it. It’s very old-fashioned, but very clean and retro. We always stay in one of the small cabins which has a picnic table outside. You’re walking distance from the Permastone bar, which has some of the best sandwiches in northern Pennsylvania. If I had to list any complaint, it would be the road noise from US6 . I’m sure when this place was built the traffic on route six was a fraction as to what it is today. With the large trucks that go by for nearby fracking if you’re a light sleeper, it could be a problem.

Clean! The cabin we stayed in was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Price reasonable. The staff was friendly. This cabin had a microwave, stove, coffee pot, and refrigerator. There was an air conditioner, but it was cool enough we did not need it. Centrally located to the things we wanted to do. If we are back in this area, we would stay here again.

The place does not have very many rooms, 6 I think and only 4 cabins but it was nice for a little out of the way hotel. The rooms are a little out dated but very clean will definitely try to go there again. The owners Sara and Lou are great also the helper Jen.

Room was clean and well organized. Sarah, as always, was a great hostess. Jennifer took great care to clean and prep the room daily. My son and I had a great stay! The location and service were second to none. Already made reservations for ne t trip.
