Night Inn

DO NOT STAY. Not usually one to complain but I couldn't sleep because I was being bitten by so many bugs. When I went to complain (with pictures), the man at the front said I may have brought the bugs myself & then said it looks like a stain. Then when I brought one of the actual bugs to the front, he had nothing to say. There were more on the wall and by the sink too. Only gave me a half refund.

I want to add we only paid thirty five dollars for the room, so we did no expect the Ritz Carlton but we did not expect fleas. We woke up with bug bites and itchy skin. The room smelled like cigarettes. There was only enough toilet paper for one use in the bathroom. The wall had holes and was rotting. The bed was as hard as rocks and the comforter had odd stains. The shower had clumps of hair and dirt in it and was rusty. Big mistake on our part.

I have never stayed in a nastier place. I spent 14 hours on the road and 5 to go,I desperately needed sleep before continuing on the remainder of my ride home. I specifically asked if the room was clean... No it was Not the bathroom was nasty so I cleaned it because I just wanted to shower and lay down. Before I did either something told me to check the bed. And God help both mattresses were full of bed bugs. This place should be gutted and someone who actually cares for the guests that would come to stay should run it or simply burn the entire place. The man told gave me excuse after excuse. For why he put me in such a nasty room. Kept showing me his check-in sheet. Telling me no one else ever do plains. So as I'm reading thru the comments I realize I should have read these 1st.

Was there 15 minutes check out the place. It was just run down hard to keep tile clean but my son was sitting there on his laptop in a cockroach ran up the wall behind him. They would not refund our money so we could get out of there he offered me a new room and I wouldn't take it because if there's one cockroach in one room chances are, they're in the others too the guy knew that they had cockroaches he was quite full of smirks. They had a sign that said if you're in there within so many minutes and you want to leave the refund you all your money except for $20. That's what happened, they refunded all our money except for $20 and I gave him the cup with the dead cockroach and an egg sac that we found under the table. Which means they're many more there and their Which means Don't stay he

STAY AWAY! 1) Hardest mattress ever. 2) Rock hard, lumpy pillows. 3) Loud building. 4) Air conditioner rattled loudly. 5) Bathroom area was unkept. 6) Broken door lock. 7) Slow internet service. 8) RUDE owner (refused refund). The lady at the desk was nice! I feel for her ❤️
