Newark Liberty International Airport Marriott

Even though I arrived around noon, I was able to get my room right away. The staff were very pleasant and never made me feel uncomfortable with any overly attentive attitude. Their service felt natural and genuinely kind.The price was higher than other airport hotels, but I chose this one because it is located inside the airport and I had read that the shuttle buses run frequently. In reality, this part did not meet my expectations. The shuttle bus from the airport took quite a long time to arrive, and the shuttle to the terminals was divided by terminal, which caused additional waiting time. Compared to other airport hotels, it felt like everything took more time.Since you can actually see the terminal from the entrance, I found myself wishing it was possible to simply walk there

With 5 luggages of 50 pounds plus carry on, we were told to take air train to P3 to get the marriot shuttle by the welcome center. Later the bus driver told us we could have been picked up from Terminal B just walk out to pickups. This led to almost 1hr+ just to get to Marriott from Terminal B which is irony as you can literally see the hotel from Terminal B. Hotel room was old style not modern but was fine but not worth for $300 we paid for 9am-5pm which turned out to be only about 4hrs for us😔 Kindly email your customer clearly how to get to hotel next time specially with many luggages and child was very inconvenient. Even as Bonvoy member this was worst experience.

This is an excellent hotel to stay in the night before an early flight. It is the only hotel where the shuttle takes you directly to your terminal and not to a central drop-off spot where you then have to take the train to your terminal. It also has a secure room where you can check your luggage so you don't have to bring large bags up to your room.||But what really makes this hotel stand out is its staff. You are warmly welcomed when checking in, and the staff does all it can to make sure you have everything you need. Jordan, the young gentleman who checked us in was wonderful! My wife and I stayed at the Marriott at Newark Airport in November 2025 and were very impressed. There was a mixup with the travel reservation, and the hotel manager ended up working with the travel agent to quickly rectify the situation. She was exceptionally professional in a trying conversation. Later that evening, we tried the hotel restaurant and found the food to be very tasty. The rooms are spacious for New York City standards, though the walls are thinner than anticipated. Overall, we would happily stay there again!
