We just spent 10 nights in this Marriott. The location is great. We had a room overlooking the Hudson River which was awesome. It is your standard Marriott. For New York, the room size was great. It is also very quiet despite being on a well travelled street. A special mention goes to the team running the executive lounge. They were simply sensational, a particular mention to Irene and Friedha, but also their colleagues. If you stay there try to book a room with lounge access, you get served a very good breakfast and the views are simply amazing, lower manhattan, Statue of Liberty, Hudson river, Jersey City. We will definitely be back.

I stayed here recently and it was a very good experience. |The property is very nice. In FiDi a few blocks south of Freedom Tower, it's located in a good area with easy access to a large subway hub |The lobby is very nice with a traditional New York feel. |The room is a good size and my view was west/south west with great views of the Hudson, Jersey City and more. |It was clean when I got there and stayed that way with good housekeeping. |Nice size bathroom with all the expected amenities. Water pressure is good too. |The only issue with the room was the surprising lack of drawer space. Two drawers was all I had access too. If you're bringing a lot of clothes, plan on keeping some of them in your suitcase. |I used room service a couple of times and it was quick. The food itself comes from

I do love it here, was really beautiful and nice hotel, my room is Hudson River view as in the pictures, so beautiful room. The staff at the lobby was so nice, she let us check-in early so we got some rest before starting the trip. I do appreciate that :) also you will get a lot of benefits that they gonna give you but unfortunately i didn't use it at all but next time we would stay here again and will use some of them. The location is really good, they have their own restaurant and also Starbucks is aside from there, got it every day. Highly recommend! :)

Booked a room to be close to an event at a nearby restaurant and was very pleased! Great room, nice shower, Starbucks, FedEx business center, and Bill’s Bar & Burgers restaurant. The destination charge offers a $20 food credit in-house, or two tickets to any two entertainment venues in close proximity to the hotel: the One World Observatory, Hop on Hop Off Bus, the Mercer Lab Museum, the Statue of Liberty Circle Line Boat Tour, or the NYC Fit Tour! I took advantage of the One World Observatory experience and was throughly delighted. Had a heart American breakfast far Bill’s Burgers and Bar restaurant, too.

Great Stay in the Financial District Stayed at the New York Marriott Downtown for a quick overnight business trip and had a really solid experience. Check-in was smooth and seamless, and the staff was professional from start to finish. The standard room was clean, quiet, and well-maintained, which is exactly what you want after a long day in the city. Noise wasn’t an issue, and everything felt comfortable and reliable. The location is a big plus — it’s within walking distance to Wall Street and the 9/11 Memorial, which makes it ideal for business in the Financial District or sightseeing downtown. Subway access nearby is convenient as well. The hotel restaurant was solid, and the $20 food & beverage credit was a nice touch. Always appreciate that perk. Overall, a dependable stay in Lower Ma
