New Victorian Inn & Suites Norfolk

If you are staying in Norfolk, Nebraska, I highly recommend the New Victorian Inn. My husband Andrew travels frequently for work and often arrives after long days on the road. Amy and Rachel have repeatedly gone above and beyond to make his stays comfortable, even upgrading him to higher-class rooms on several occasions. Their timing and thoughtfulness have meant more than they probably realize. It is rare to find hospitality that feels both professional and genuinely caring. Amy and Rachel embody that balance perfectly. I am truly grateful for the way they look out for him.

Check in was quick and easy. Very nice lady as well. Room was very clean and well appointed. Hotel is a little older, but it’s maintained very well. Our room was very big. Bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Sofa, table, refrigerator and microwave. Flooring which is always a plus, instead of carpet, which is so much cleaner. Easy to park. Breakfast is continental with biscuits & gravy, make your own waffles, cereal, yogurt, breakfast bars & some baked goods. Enough to start your day & is clean and well kept up too. We had a great stay & a great quiet nights sleep.

Always a good experience staying here and very close to my Son's place when visiting ! Highly recomend.

Checked in at around 1:30 AM on Saturday I was told my check out would be Sunday after 11. Left in the morning to go run errands in Norfolk and got a call saying I had to come get my things from the hotel room otherwise they would be taken out. Turns out Marissa gave us wrong information and she had only booked us for one night rather than two. They offered no explanation, not even an apology. It was very inconvenient. I do not recommend this business.
