New Relax Inn

Owners were rude, demanded a deposit outside of Hotels.com price that was not expected. Ordered non-smoking honeymoon suite, got a regular smoking room because I didn't bring the extra deposit. Owners were rude and condescending, when asked for a refund they said it wasn't their problem. Was trying to surprise my pregnant wife with a night out just for her and they completely wasted our time.

This was my fourth time staying at this hotel and for the money this place is fantastic. Every time I've stayed here the rooms have been very clean and orderly. I've never had a problem with anything not working. The front desk service is excellent.

I stay at the New Relax Inn went really smooth for my entire stay of 5 days 4 nights. The motel is family owned. I checked in an hour early without any charges so that was a plus. The room was between small and medium size, with a flat screen tv, microwave and a refrigerator. ||||pros: cheap rate, close to midway, lots of food option in the area, restaurant next door is awesome, microwave, fridge, flat screen, free wifi, free parking, did not put a hold on my credit card, clean room, housekeeper does their job and actually clean the room very well, and friendly staff.||||cons: I had two suggestion not really complain to the hotel management. || || first: keys, I understand that changing locks to magnetic locks is expensive, but it will give your guest peace of mind, if the

DO NOT STAY THERE. We booked a room through Expedia and once we got there and checked in, the owner kicked us out threatening to call the police for trespassing. We reached out to Expedia, and they could not do anything about it, because the owner lies and claims we stayed there even though we did not.

Trash he said because we smell like weed we dont even smoke he gave me a smoking room with bed bugs crazy..
