New Lloyd RV Park

New Lloyd Rv Park has been great to us. Lots are very spacious, it is pet friendly and it has a good location. I like that they keep it very clean and the area is peaceful. They also make your check in very smooth. Monthly rate is reasonable.

I've been staying here for the past three years now with no issues other than the normal utility problems that they fix in a timely manner. The price is reasonable, the park is quiet and the office personnel are helpful and nice, which that alone goes along way with me . Lots of room between campers. The laundry room has decent machines, and they have a change and detergent machine installed. They also have vending machines and a shower, which has saved me a couple of times when my camper water heater acts up. Overall, it is a good place to stay for long or short periods.

Kind employees. Affordable. Neighbors are extremely quiet. Large Park. Large grass area around your lot. Have not seen issues with flooding, in reference to past reviews. I really like it here.

I could not leave this park fast enough! If you have kids I don’t recommend! people go over the speed bump then fly down the road going 30mph+ Lady chain smokes in the office Checked out the laundry room and there was a roach crawling on the washer and I left right after that. Rent is cheap but I rather pay a little more and be somewhere nice and that is kept up.

Lets get the bad out of the way then we'll tell the good. This park has very poor management, they could easily hire a maintenance crew to cut grass but instead saves money by letting the park turn into a jungle and getting a long time resident to cut it once its knee high. If you do stay here you will need some wooden flats to walk from your car to your trailer when it rains. The whole park floods horribly. Permanent residents go to laundry room to just sit and smoke inside and they smell up the laundry area. Stray cats gets fed and rule over this park. Pain in the ass when they walk all over and scratch up your vehicle. Multiple residents in park have been accused of not paying rent when indeed they did pay, so please keep records of your rent payments if you do stay here. Also the water
