New falls motel

I had a very troubling experience at New Falls Motel. I requested a room change due to accessibility concerns, as my girlfriend has a mobility disability and uses crutches. I was told the change was okay and handed over $100 in cash. Immediately after taking the money, staff said no room was available. When I asked for a refund, only $75 was returned and they refused to give back the remaining $25. Later, another person legally obtained a room for me. I accidentally locked myself out and went to the office to explain the situation. Instead of helping or clarifying the misunderstanding, staff ordered me to leave the property. Location is great that's what is good about it because it's close to food and beer and drinks of all kinds. I've stayed here on and off during early 2000s. The front desk people are nasty and can't mind their own business. They deliberately moved me up front to keep an eye on me. I worked long hours and mostly night work so after 10 to 12 hours of work I would put away some beers and play video games into early morning hours and it seems that's a problem here . At the time the owner of this place was the same owner as the country house and I lived there on and off with no problems.

Was looking at staying here after losing our apartment. The guy at the desk of course spoke little English, said not much just pointed at the long list of rules including no smoking, barely any cooking allowed and something about ultra sensitive smoke detectors. Spoke to the manager briefly but then stopped answering my calls.

They have bed bugs room 11 small and big bed bugs had to flush over a 100 in toilet I stayed up all night couldn’t sleep and bathroom has black mold

Horrible experience dealing with a man that works there over the phone. Very disrespectful, using profanity.
