Nesika Beach RV Park

Great place to stay in a calm, quiet and very friendly community! Management and residents are super helpful and welcoming! The infrastructure is a bit dated, but the toilets, laundry etc are sparking clean! Awesome nature and coast close-by, but you may want a car or bike to get around. The RV site doesn't have a direct access to the beach. However, there is a trail about 1/4 mile north. We stayed for a week and would definitely come back!

This old RV Park is off the beaten path and mostly caters to full-timers and snowbirds. The few available spots are small and mostly electric and water only. There is a laundry on site which looks very adequate but I have not used it. There are showers and bathroom on site which are adequate. Nearby is a store and a post office and a wonderful beach. This is not a place to come to party, but if you want a quiet place to spend the night while you're traveling, this could fill the bill for a night or two. $40 a night. Sites are small.

We moved here about three years ago in search of a place to live. We were shown photos of the place online all painted and complete and moved into a completely different looking place. The management is not up to code and uses unlicensed people to fix things, our carpets were really bad and there was broken appliances inside we had to dispose of. I do not recommend Nesika Beach RV park to anyone to live there. The site and area was beautiful and the ocean views but the park management is not welcoming at all.

The website makes it appear to be a long time established, quaint place. It also says that the prices include everything. Not so! In fact, this place is falling apart rapidly. It smells of mold and mildew. There are spider webs in the showers. Nothing is level. The first Wednesday of every month they run a test on the Tsunami alarm. That is a heart starter! Only one washer in the laundry room works and the dryer to the right of it is under a rotting ceiling the leaks water all over it when it rains. Don't get excited when you see that it only costs $1. to dry. None of the dryers will do that for $1. Be prepared to put at least $2. into the dryer per load, or more for full loads. Very friendly owners! Well ran and clean! Close to an amazing beach as well! Cool little area that is off the 101 so you don't get a bunch of transients walking through it! Not much more to say about this place! Prices are very fair and there is a great little market and post office next door!
