Nellie's Arcade Village Motel

The room we had was freshly remodeled. The bed was the best bed I’ve slept on. Having neck and back problems makes it hard for me to sleep in a bed. With the bed we had I was asleep within 15 minutes. Nellie was very nice and friendly. I’d stay there again. The price was decent.

This little out of the way traditional motel is exactly what I look for. It was inexpensive, clean and didn't smell like a million years of smoking. Nice big parking lot is always a plus for me, too. Wifi was not available in my room, but the manager notified me of that when I called and booked a reservation. Decor is dated but serviceable. My room included a mini-fridge and microwave. There are not many options in this part of Western New York, but this is a great place. It's hard to find a room in New York for under $50. They are trying to sell it to somebody...I hope the new owner keeps it up and keeps the rates the same.

The owner Mark is an amazing man with a big heart! He was awesome to myself and my kids during our stay, the room was clean and ready upon our arrival! You get 10% off at the Nellie's Restaurant for staying in the hotel and the food and service is always a 10! It's not a Hilton hotel but the people and service make it much better then a Hilton! I would recommend over and over again!

This was a great surprise for my family. We were traveling a long distance and needed a couple rooms, our family was a large one. Just needed it for one night. When I called the lady about getting the rooms, she was very pleasant and helpful. When we got to our rooms they were very clean and even though it was an older place it was kept up and very comfortable. Another plus is that they have Nellies restaurant in the same parking lot, which went in for breakfast. The food was great and big servings. Service was fast and pleasant which worked for us because we could eat and get back on the road. I would recommend this Motel if you are in the area and need a place to stay.

Worst experience ever. Nobody was there when I arrived. My key was in an envelope taped to the office door. Got to my room, it wasn’t the handicapped room that had been discussed. Then, I realized I didn’t have the WiFi log-in. I had a couple of hours to myself, so I turned on the tv — no signal. The area was having a very bad thunderstorm, so I thought maybe that was causing problems. OK. Thankfully, I had a book with me. I got back from meeting friends for dinner, saw the tv on through their window in another room. But my room, still “no signal”. At that point I called the office, but just got voice mail. Left a message how upset I was with all these issues. The owner came to my room around 10:30, very apologetic, he’d had some personal business he’d had to take care of. Ha
