NavajoLand Inn

This is an absolutely beautiful property. They are super friendly and have all the amenities. Breakfast was great, comparable to any Hilton breakfast. They have a gift shop that has some beautiful items in it, perfect for grabbing holiday gifts. My only recommendation would be more items available from the Navajo Small Businesses. I wanted to purchase several items but once i realized they were not made locally it made my purchases feel inconsequential, and I try to make sure every dollar I spend matters. Thank you for a wonderful stay! The bed was amazing, and this hotel was exactly what was needed after a 10 hour trip.

Had a meeting early the next day and stayed here while showing up about 10:30 pm. Clerk was nice and helpful. I got a King Suite for an extra $10 and it nearly doubled the size of the room and is well worth it. Furniture was a bit dated but the bed was comfortable. Room comes with a mini-fridge and a microwave. The suite had a pull out couch with a TV in the living room and the king bed with its own TV in the bedroom. Bathroom was good sized, but the door did hit me a couple of times as it wouldn't stay open. Place was quiet. Grabbed a drink to go from the free breakfast as I didn't have time to sit down, but it looked like a nice selection of hot and cold options.

Positive: The breakfast kitchen lady was kind in greeting everyone in the morning. It was nice to be acknowledged in a harmonious manner. Negative: Front desk staff were not friendly, felt like I was an interruption to their work schedule, but they afforded the duties. It’s just nice to be greeted after a long travel for business.

Room was clean except that carpet felt like a little sticky but nothing smelt bad. All good. The bed was comfortable. We reported a minor issue but that was addressed immediately. The staff was nice and welcoming. General Manager was very approachable and did a great job in making us feel comfortable. A true hospitality experience when we spoke to her. Breakfast though limited was served with smile and tasted fresh. Great for a quick bite before you head out for the day. What a way to start your day. If you are in the area, enjoy your stay there.

We love this hotel, the rates are reasonable and we got a king suite. Very clean, smelled good and they have a nice hot breakfast in the morning complementary! Staff is very friendly from the front desk to the breakfast host. I would highly recommend staying here and they are pet friendly!!
