Nauvoo Hideaway Cabin

It was a beautiful cabin! It was the perfect balance of rustic woodsy get away and modern convenience tucked away on a gorgeous little hill. There were woods for my kids to explore, wildlife and a creek to hunt geodes. The cabin was clean and comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed including board games for the rainy afternoon. My only complaint is that it's too far away to visit every weekend!

This place is amazing. The owners are responsive. They're available to answer any questions you have. The location is really equate. The cabin is like a Harry Potter cabin. When you walk in, you don't expect it to be as big as it is 🙂 there are geodes in the creek beds nearby. Really need a place to stay.

Super nice secluded cabin in the woods. Very clean and comfortable. I would recommend getting all last minute food you need before arriving up the hill at the cabin because once you're here you won't want to leave.

THIS is the place you want to stay if you love clean cabin camping. We stayed here three nights, and we wish we could have stayed longer. There's plenty of space and TWO bathrooms. The kitchen has plenty of cooking and food preparation items. There's a laundry room. The wifi hotspot wasn't working for us, and reception is minimal. So, check on that beforehand. Historic Nauvoo is 10 minutes north.🤗 There's adequate grocery shopping 10 minutes south and across the Mississippi in Keokuk, Iowa. You will not be disappointed.
