Natural Bridge State Park Resorts Cottages

Great experience! Went here for a weekend getaway from the daily grind, and it was worth it. Kentucky state park cabins are some of the best. Clean, well stocked, spacious, and quiet. Parking in Natural Bridge cottages can be tight. If you have a large vehicles, and plan to stay here, be careful, as the parking pull offs are small.

Good size cottages . If your handicapped forget getting to them they on the hill side..the two bedroom says it sleep six .. it has two bedrooms but only one full sized bed in each room..no pull out couch. The one bedroom has two full size beds in one room.. lightning is dark inside.. housekeeping could be better.. dusty and cob weds .. dishes still in dish washer..

We were very disappointed in our stay here. Stayed in unit 202. We were told we only had three steps up to our cottage, but we ended up having several steps to go down. As soon as we walked in the room smelled heavily of the fireplace and an undertone of cigarettes. Airfreshner did nothing and the smell actually made our daughter ill. All of the dining chairs were turned over on the table and some of our towels were left in a plastic bag on a shelf. The floors do not get swept, as there was debris in the bathroom and kitchen. I will say the sheets and towels were clean and the bed was somewhat comfortable. Bring your own pillows, as these were flat. I did talk to someone at the desk about the smell and for some help, but was met with disinterest and no assistance or offer to move rooms

My wife and I stayed 2 nights in cottage 207 at the very end of the road. It was very peaceful there and we enjoyed our stay. The interior has recently been remodeled and was impressive! However, the 2 queen size beds were very soft (old I'm guessing) and uncomfortable. The bathroom ceiling fan was old and noisy yet the rest of the bathroom was clean and new. It rained one night and the drain pipe near the bedroom wall kept me awake as the wall rattled with the drain pipe attached to the outer wall. We liked it overall but there is room for improvements!

Rustic, friendly but could use some updating! I'm going again next month!
