I enjoyed my stay at the Lodge. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and recently renovated. I will stay here again if I come to Ames even though I was woken up one night by the ghost that haunts Building 19😉

I stayed in one of the renovated, nice rooms in B19. The rooms are nicer than more expensive hotels I’ve stayed at. I love the overhead rain showerhead and the heated towel rack in the bathroom, it gives a luxurious feel. The rooms are spacious and have a comfortable bed, desk with chair, tv, fridge with a separate freezer (major win), really soft plush carpet, AC, lots of cabinet/hanging and dresser storage, and the TP and Kleenex are thicker than at most hotels I’ve stayed at. 10/10 stay. The staff are responsive, accommodating, and helpful. Room was extremely clean.

What a great experience staying at my home away from home on business in support of our space program. Silvia is one true profesional and her staff are really great. The new rooms are outstanding combined with King Beds and great AC! Wow, a heat warmer for the bath towels like in the UK! Love the shower!

Heaters barely work blinds were broken, and they make you pay before the end of your stay never experienced that before. But I need to use the lodge to minimize my commute. But the heaters definitely need to be updated and the window coverings need to be replaced

Good option for lodging if you can get access through a NASA ID or military/DOD access cards. These are nice, but no frills accommodations. Staffed front desk only. No concierge, no gym, no store, etc. Current costs are $85 for a basic room or $200 for a new refurbished upgraded room.
