This particular place is a rooming house off of 11th Street in Overtown. Individual rooms with a shared bathroom/shower. No kitchen, just the use of a hotplate and/or microwave. This is an ideal place for an individual that is struggling, though gradually improving their situation. Check with management and have a firsthand look at the room(s). One great thing is this place is close to buslines(#2, #21, M, Omni Trolley, and Overtown Circulator

Best value around. No it is not pretty, not it is not luxurious, no you are not paying a lot of money. If you can get an apartment your better off, but if not this is a solid second option
