My husband and I have stayed here for about 2 years now and there’s a very good reason for it. Natasha the property manager is on site and always available. She keeps things clean and keeps tenants informed when something arises. We feel safe here and have never had any issues. What makes this RV park is the property manager Natasha not the owners or investors. The owners and investors could care less about their customers.

So I occasionally leave reviews of RV parks I stay in because I stay in a lot of them. It’s really helpful to be able to get on here and see what other people are saying. That being said, this is one of the good ones. It’s not the fanciest place in the world, but of the 3 I’ve stayed at in the Midland area since early November, it’s by far the best especially when you factor in the price. What really sets this one apart though is Natasha, the onsite manager. She is extremely helpful and what I like best is her communication. For those of us who have stayed in parks where management/owner is hard to reach and harder to get ahold of, her extra effort in these areas definitely makes a difference. Would definitely recommend.

Manage very well. Quick to fix any problem,if she can, with no hesitation. She cuts the grass that the RV park do have with a PUSH LAWNMOWER. She needs a zero turn mower because that’s a bit much. Overall though, EXCELLENCE place to stay. Quiet and peaceful.

quiet and affordable Rv park to stay overnight or for months at a time. full hook ups 50 and 30 amp. I have stayed here for 5 months and it was pleasant every time .Natasha the manager keeps the whole place clean and takes care of any problem day or night, whatever they are paying her she deserves more.
