Mulberry Tree Inn

The Mulberry Tree Inn is such a hidden gem :) Mary Beth and Peter were incredible hosts and made our first time at a bed and breakfast so wonderful! They were so welcoming and immediately asked of our plans on the Cape and gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and things to do! They were very accommodating of our schedule and made sure that we had a bite to eat before leaving for the ferry, which was earlier than the inn breakfast time! The bedroom and amenities were extremely clean, well prepared and spacious and the breakfast was delicious both mornings. We would highly recommend the Mulberry Tree Inn for any trip to the cape/Nantucket area and will definitely be back!

Our time at Mulberry Tree Inn was wonderful from beginning to end. Peter and Mary Beth were wonderful hosts and the home was incredibly prepared and decorated. The location was great to be able to visit many parts of Cape Cod. The breakfast was beyond incredible. I would highly recommend this and I hope to return one day in the future.

I have nothing but positive things to say about our stay at the Mulberry Tree Inn! Our hosts were absolutely delightful, and greeted us with a smile and such warmth when we arrived just an hour before check in time ended. We stayed in the second level room, and despite the fact that my husband and I are on the taller side, we were perfectly comfortable. There were fresh baked chocolate chip cookies every day, a sweet note greeting us on our bed the first night there, a mini fridge available, water, coffee, tea, a Keurig, little bottle of wine, plenty of towels makeup wipes, everything. They really take the time to think about things you'll need while traveling, and they provide it. It's a charming home and you feel like you're visiting a friend when you're here because it's that cozy. Brea

Beautiful bed and breakfast, highly recommended! Fantastic hosts, we were completely spoiled and it really made our visit to Cape Cod all the better. The home is perfectly located for exploring the cape, the rooms are gorgeous and the breakfasts are amazing.

You can fell that Peter and Mary Beth love to be hosts. The House is beautiful and the Garden as well. A quiet and lovely place, fantastic. And the breakfast was a dream, thanks again. We will come back.
