Mountainside Villas

I have been staying here for 19 years in the carpet in the bedding has been the same. The place smells old and we have continually asked them to update the mattresses. With each owner paying for a week at every unit you would think they would take some of that money and update the carpet and bedding. The furniture is from the 80s and the place is just very dated and rundown. They did make some modifications to the exterior, which is nice, but it has not been well taken care of on the inside. I had hoped for some changes in the last few years once I saw them update the exterior about six or seven years ago, but they have not did anything on the inside.

It was a family vacation. The room was clean but the carpets were old and had strings coming apart. The furniture was a bit dated, but nice. Will definitely do it again

The villas are my favorite. The one we had was so nice and the back deck was ground level so we had visitors in the morning and evening. The kitchen is large and the full-sized washer and dryer was a nice plus. The room has a sauna but I was afraid to use it.

Loved having an end unit. Setting was very quiet and coffee on the deck was a delight. The unit was well appointed and clean but needed a bit of maintenance on bathroom door and attention to dead bugs in bathroom light as well as cleaning toothpaste that was high up on bathroom wall. Details matter. The refrigerator, washer and dryer were on the small side and the dryer didn't dry well. Other than those minor things, we really enjoyed our stay

Enjoy the amenities or visit the surrounding area for antiques and/or wineries/breweries. The waterpark is great for kids/family. With two golf courses, they have a choice. In the winter, my grandchildren love to ski and snowboard. I enjoy just watching the wildlife, especially the friendly deer.
