Mountain View Manufactured Home Community

New owners for 5 years and the community looks tons better. New playground area, brand new homes coming in. Homes are resident owned. Great place to live. Not an RV park like the Google description says. Manager's office on site. Very friendly and approachable.

I've lived in the park for nearly 6 years, before the new ownership and management. While all of the improvements and changes have been challenging, the turn out has really started to started showing and bettering the park overall; I enjoy living here. Sara has been our manager for a few years and she's always been great and went above and beyond for me as a resident! She's understanding and kind, but firm with trying to continue improving the community!

I moved into the park in November 2024. Sara is a wonderful park manager. She is proactive, engaging, and responsive. And to top it off she's sweet as pie. Whenever residents need assistance she is first to volunteer to help. Even better yet she acts as a bridge of communication between us residents so that we may help each other. This is how a community should function, neighbors looking out for one another. I can't express how impressed I am by our management here.

The manager of Mountain View MCH Sara, is amazing she has really cleaned up the community. She is extremely nice and when you talk with her you can tell how much she truly cares for the community as well. I just wish all the tenants in the community would get on board and follow all the rules she enforces. If it was possible I’d give her a ten star rating.

I have lived in this mobile home park for 30 years. Sara is by far the best manager we have had. The upgrades of the park are great. I have seen this park get cleaned up in a major way. Sara has been great at getting this done with the enforcement of rules.
