Even though we did not request room cleaning, hotel staff entered our room and removed our used towels without our knowledge, and they did not replace them with clean ones. When we asked the front desk, we were told this was their standard practice unless guests requested otherwise, which made us uncomfortable. Another issue was that the heater in our room was extremely loud, so we preferred to turn it off and use extra blankets instead. However, when we asked for extra blankets for our double room, we were told only one extra blanket was allowed and were advised to use the heater. There was only one desk chair in the room, if there are more than one person, you have to sit in the beds which is not very comfortable. Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations and seemed poorly managed

Good quiet location, with good restaurant downstairs. The bad part was that our room had a bad smell, like cat pee. Also, there was hot water in the sink but not in the shower.

They dont change sheets every day but it does smell clean and look clean. Also, if you're a light sleeper. It's not really your ideal spot. very nice people at the desk.

I got a contract to work at the local prison so I toured several motels in the area and chose this one. I stay 1-2 nights every week and they honor my request to have the same room. It's very clean and pretty quiet. The hot tub could be a little higher temp but still it's a nice thing to have. Everyone on staff is friendly and good at their jobs. The restaurant next door is pretty good and has a wide variety of choices. All in all it's been great so far.
