Motel 6 Santa Nella, on i-5

Staff were very welcoming and room was well worn out but clean. No amenities: no clock, no coffee pot, no phone, no hangers, no drawers, grounds were in disrepair- covered in weeds in parking lot and walkways, no insulation so neighbors are loud, windows old and flimsy- could hear freeway all night like they were driving through room, climate control rattled so loud it couldn’t be used, window shutters broken and didn’t let in light, fridge was loud and ran constantly until I turned it way low but then it didn’t stay cold, well used mattress and thin pillows offered no support fora good sleep. If your budget is tight and you just need to lay your head down, this might work for you.

Very old and not very clean. Beds were comfortable tho and we had 2 rooms for just a few hours rest between our trip to Redding Ca. Luckily not a long stay. Bath towels were so thin and worn but I guess better then nothing.

Not what we expected. Yes, it's cheap but very run down. |Check in staff slow and unfriendly.|Door on our room had been forced multiple times. |Room wasn't clean, hairs all over the bathroom.|Ice machine not working and pool out of action. |Didn't leave our room unoccupied as we didn't feel it was safe. ||Glad to leave the next day!||Only plus, there is Taco Bell and Denny's next door and fuel.

The room is basic. Only a couple towels and 2 bars of soap type of basic. I had difficulty figuring how to turn the lights on. Something I thought was odd, there was only one chair around the small table. I actually like there being only one chair. The SHOWERS were very HOT! Piping hot!!! I like that so that's a plus. The service is basic. The main negative is the motel is rite next to the freeway. Do not think its possible to sleep next to interstate 5 hwy. Besides that my car wasn't broken into and I was pulling a camper, so good. In the morning 8am I left for breakfast. Went to Hotel De Oro. This is double the price but you'll actually be in an environment where you can sleep. The restaurant has a dog menu. Ordered my dog a raw Angus beef paddle they hand make. To sum it up motel 6 is g
