Motel 6 Rowland Heights, CA - Los Angeles - Pomona

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, the front desk staff service is very poor, when I walked into the lobby to check in, The front desk just looked at me and told me to wait, I waited for more than 10 minutes, she was busy with her own things, ignoring me, when I finally checked in, entering the room was the beginning of the collapse, because there was no quilt in the room, only a thin layer of bedding, There is an air conditioner, but the switch button of the air conditioner has been deliberately damaged, so it cannot be used. The environment is poor, the hygiene is dirty, the toilet is blocked, the towels and bath towels have a strange smell that makes people sick. I can't understand why there is such poor service and environment for such a high price. The staff was also rude.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. If I could put 0 stars on this place I would. This was literally the worst motel I’ve ever been to. I was literally only able to stay for a couple hours and I had to leave. There was no way I was going to stay here for the remaining days I booked. I know motels don’t have the best quality, but this right here was unacceptable. The room itself when you walk in makes you feel like you need to go get some vaccine shots. It was filthy. There was hair all over the beds, the sink, and counters. There sheets and towels were still dirty. It was like they didn’t even have the decency or courtesy to wipe down ANYTHING. Don’t even get me started on the bathroom. I am never one to leave a review on a place unless they are extremely disgusting and poor quality. I don’t know how

Jesus, where do I begin? As soon as I opened the door, I just knew it was going to be all bad. There was a weird odor in the room. Sex and mildew maybe, I don't know. It wasn't pleasant. The room was hot, it was a hot day. I checked in at 10pm, I just needed a place to sleep for the night and shower. Couldn't get the AC to work. I attempted to call the front desk but the phone in the room didn't work either. (no dial tone). I get re-dressed and head down to the front desk. I tell the man the AC isn't working. He comes up, eyes it over and says "it's cooling down". Umm, no it isn't. I ask for another room. He doesn't have any available. I'm exhausted, I just want to sleep. It's a double occupancy room. Positive: I did not like this hotel at all. Negative: It was to loud, people playing loud music in the parking lot, next door neighbors fighting and yelling most of the night, and lots of drug addicts on the property.

Don’t book in advance otherwise you risk system auto cancelling your booking if you don’t check in same day. Cs will have the audacity to say it’s your fault and not theirs and will remove $90 in refund even though cs stated original refund would be sent. Been 6 months and still chasing my refund from this shady company. Corporate tells me to contact property, not my job and property doesn’t pick up, not my problem. I’ll never use Motel6 again. Hell, they make Red Roof Inn look like a Mariott by how Motel6 cleans after their guests. Waste of $ and effort.
