Motel 6 Prospect Heights, IL

Me and my family stop by and get a great rate for a motel that has 6 star staff and 5 star everything else. Mirjana, Ali, Mohammed, Sam, and Rose the overnight girl are all great people who make us feel at home. It's like they want to be sure we get our money's worth! The truly Care, they have helped when confused and walked us through. The cleaning staff is also the best, they try hard not to disturb you but when you are up they make the room spotless. I left behind a bag with gold chains and a diamond ring. 2 hours later I raced back to the hotel to be given my bag by the same lady who cleaned my room. I know all their names by heart because I have had to come up here for work many times while I live in Chicago. But it's always a delight to see my favorite hotel and staff.....the Erik Za

Positive: It was physically comfortable and it was quiet enough at night. Got good sleep. Negative: the general manager Was EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. You can tell that his employees and staff aren't even happy. This location DOES allow smoking... clearly as it reeked of cigarettes throughout the halls.

They don’t come check everyday like any regular place to see if you need something. They say they only clean rooms Thursdays and sundays but unless you tell the front desk(and I did twice) they won’t clean it. I had to chase down the housekeepers to ask for a cleaning and she said I wasn’t on the list after I told the front desk 2 days prior, so I couldn’t get anything but toilet paper or towels. You also have to take out your own trash. They say it’s a non smoking building but no matter which floor I get I smell cigarette smoke or weed. The staff acts like we are an inconvenience, people are constantly arguing which disrupts people that stay here for work(like myself) I ignored all that until I saw roaches, I saw them on the 1st floor so I tried not to worry but then I saw them again on t

This is the only I stay when visiting the NW suburbs! Great price, nice staff, cool clientele. See you in August!

This location has clean, well maintained and nice size rooms. Theres room to move around without feeling your sitting too close together. Theres been rennovations such as new curtains, new bedding and new windows with screens. Outside property is kept clean and well lite up for walking your pets outside at night. Staff such as Ali, Mirjana, and Rose show outstanding customer service. Housekeeping works hard to keep the rooms clean and hallways free of garbage.
