Motel 6 Pocomoke City, MD

worst poor quality room ever. Smelled like lead in the water, sheets, blankets, shower, even sink. Toilet/shower were stained yellow from metal, awful smells. Unsavory people lingering, smoking marijuana just outside our ac unit. No POOL, not anywhere near ready, closed off, locked down. Had to try 6 room before finding one that didn't smell god awful. No amenities, no coffee maker. Full size frigerator, why??? bugs all over and TV rarely worked. I itched all night for 2 nights, they refused to refund me so I could leave. Left with a rash. Be aware. Photos online are not truthful.

One of the best experiences I’ve had with a hotel. Renovated rooms, friendly staff & allows pets. Had a long term stay with them and everything was great. Nick Patel, the manager, is absolutely amazing! One of kindest and heartfelt man I’ve come crossed. He made not only my stay great but also my daughters. Thank you Nick and staff for your hospitality and kindness. Yall are appreciated beyond words!

The pillow had mildew on so they gave me another one and towels had stains on it and there was hair in the shower.. Room was quiet. The front desk was very helpful. They have a small refrigerator/microwave. Check in was easy and the desk attendant was very helpful. Water for the shower was nice and hot. They have air and heat. When it came to a refund, they were horrible. They agreed to paying me back for the tonights which I only stayed one until I saw a small bug by my ear and on the blanket that was the last straw I left after that. Over a month later, they still did not refund me. I had to go through airbnb.They only refunded me for one night and they said they would give me $30 credit.Or they would give it back to me in USD. Which dad, they took 45 cents off and now I have to file

Stayed here for the Chincoteague pony swim & it was perfect. It was an easy, short drive over & nice to get off of the over crowded island for a break. A very few restaurant options nearby would not make it ideal for an extended stay but we did have an apartment sized fridge & full sized microwave in the room with Food Lion & Walmart nearby. The room was clean, comfortable, & recently renovated with more than enough room for 2 adults (double room). The entire hotel is still being renovated, but it did not affect our stay or sleep. AC worked well, the bathroom had adequate space for both of us getting ready at the same time, & the beds were VERY cozy. We would like to see more space to hang clothes, but there was a full sized ironing board & iron. Checking in & out was easy & the staff ve
