Motel 6 Montoursville, PA - Williamsport

Perfect location. The rooms need attention. The rooms are dated. Lots of patches in the walls. The bed spread had a rip, the floors need a good mopping, 2 seconds with white socks they were black. I threw them away. In the bathroom the sink had hair in it and appears the toilet needs a new rubber seal the floor was wet coming from the toilet. The positive is the room was cheap. They just need some hospitality help. The fella at the desk was very pleasant. If your looking a a quick cheap stay its good. I would not take my family and stay. I was solo trip.

I chose this Motel because it was inexpensive and pet friendly. However I have learned that I should spend the extra money in the end because this was bad, like bad bad bad. If you want to sleep in urine soaked sheets, this is the place for you. I checked into one room and it smelled like pee so bad, that I had to ask for a new room which I have never done before. New room also smelled like pee so the staff member sprayed some air freshener. I appreciate that but it was not anywhere near enough. When I pulled back the bed sheets to look for bed bugs, because I could just feel that this place would have them, I found sheets soaked with pee just all over the place. There was also pee on the wall... but on the sheets? Like I'm supposed to sleep in that bed? The sheets also had crumbs all over

No issues. All went well. We have stayed here several times and have had no complaints. Nothing fancy, but meets our needs.

I'm obsessed with hiking waterfall trails and several google searches revealed quite a few waterfalls in the Loyalsock Forest/World's End State Park area so I booked a room at this Motel 6 because it seemed pretty central to the area I wanted to explore. Check in was seamless, however after entering our room I quickly realized that housekeeping seemed, for the most part, to have paid little, if any, attention to our room. The nightstand between the 2 beds was obviously not even wiped down judging by the multitude of visible fingerprints; there was not only no toilet paper in the bathroom but no soap, cups or other complimentary toiletries. Was traveling with a friend and stopped here for the night. First my friend had to use his credit card, Machine a Was down. . So they wrote it down. Clerk couldn't speak good English, so had to pass notes. Then he had to go up and manually unlock the door. Causr machine was down. Asked for non smoking, got in and no TV. Gringy towels. And then billed 2x.
