Motel 6 Monahans, TX

Traveled my whole life and never stayed anywhere as nasty as this. For starters MASSIVE Crack in the bathroom door wanna watch your buddy poop or maybe the resident ghost ? Sleep here. Wanna wonder what's on your sheets or what's that weird color in the shower? Stay here. Wanna wake up all night to the sound of your ac? Absolutely your place Front desk was great though

The room was clean. It wasn't large but for the price it was fine. |We only needed to sleep, do our morning ablutions, and leave. Did not want or need a suite. |Staff, both night and morning, were very kind and polite. There was even some decent free coffee in the lobby in the morning.

Probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The front desk workers were probably the only nice thing there. The walls in the room were visibly grimy, the beds were so light you could bump them off the frame, the pillows were an inch thick, there was food crumbs under the sheets/black spots on all the bedding, dirt all over the floor, and spiders in the shower. I knew I was paying for a cheaper hotel and expected the usually grungy curtains and older look but this was ridiculous. Would not recommend this hotel for anything but the cheap price.

It was decent. The walls are bare so it feels a little like a jail cell, lol. The floor was incredibly dirty but everything else seemed clean enough. No hair dryer, no microwave, no coffee, no shampoo or conditioner, no pool, no breakfast.

During a long road trip, I was looking for a hotel for one night just to get some rest. On the way, I found a budget option with good reviews, but then I came across this hotel. It looked fairly new, with a modern design and decent ratings, which convinced me to choose it despite the higher price. Upon arrival, we were greeted by staff who clearly had no idea what they were doing. For about 15 minutes, the front desk clerk was on the phone, following instructions, while we just stood there — which was frustrating, as it was already midnight and we were eager to get to bed.
