Motel 6 Marysville, CA

The stay was fine. The check in was fine. They did ask for a $20 cash deposit only which I was instructed to go across the street to get from the atm instead stead of just keeping it convient for a tired traveling costomer and put it on my card. Then it was like pulling teeth to to get my deposit back as the owner tried to say it was a policy not to refund your deposit if u did not pick it up before noon. Which that is not stated or posted or agreed upon when they take your deposit due to circumstances I was unable to pick my deposit up until about 4pm. My 18 yr. Old son tried to get the deposit when he left in the morning. They said it had to be me I actually had to raise my blood pressure and argue over my own money which he had no reason to keep other than his own made up policy that wa

Positive: Close to my daughter. Negative: Noisy, Indian staff rude and cheap. No English skills just black and white communication. Plumbing doesn't work and drains plugged.

Traveling for work, stopped in here for an inexpensive room. The room was clean, except for the roach on the wall. They refused to refund my money as well.

This hotel is so bad, they can't even leave the porch light on because it is broken and has been broken for years. Yes, they will ask for a $20 cash deposit. I adamantly refused and it was waived. After switching rooms due to a broken heater, we found a bedbug in the shower of all places. Captured it and brought it to the front desk. Told them we were leaving and that I expected a refund. After 3 weeks and no refund I disputed the charge which was successful. Wear your Tyvek and bathe in Clorox if you dare to stay here. Close this hotel now!

Very nice rooms a little traffic nosie but quiets down later. good location staff is very nice clean rooms everything works. I would deffenitly stay here again..
