Motel 6 Lester, PA - Philadelphia Airport

I’ve stayed in budget hotels before, but this place takes the cake for being absolutely disgusting and mismanaged. From the moment we walked in, the terrible stench of cigarettes hit us like a wall. The room was filthy — nothing about it felt remotely clean. There were roaches crawling around, loads of flies buzzing, and grime and dirt covering the toilet and bathroom.||The mirrors were smeared with dirt, the floor was sticky, and there were visible stains and mould in multiple areas. It honestly felt like the room hadn’t been properly cleaned in months. To make things worse, we saw the cleaning crew entering rooms as we arrived, which didn’t make a difference because our room was still disgusting.||We also noticed strange noises throughout the night, and to top it all off — bed bugs. Positive: NOTHING!!!! Negative: Everything and i am still waiting for a complete refund after approval from the manger that took a week to get in contact with even after leaving daily messages with my call back information!!!

Bathtub was visibly dirty (hopefully just rust?) and still had a used soap bar from a previous guest in the corner. There was a trash heap right by the stairs. and the man gave me a room upstairs, knowing full well I, a visibly physical disabled person traveling alone, would have to haul my walker and bags up the stairs by myself, when there were clearly downstairs rooms available. I really do appreciate being allowed to check in so late, as my flight landed at midnight, and I'm sure there's good about this place. If you're not picky and you don't have disabilities maybe you'll have a good time here. I liked the big TV and the channel selection available. Wifi didn't work, though.

Very Disappointing Stay We stayed at this hotel for 8 days, and unfortunately the experience was extremely poor. We did not receive room service at all during our entire stay. There was no microwave in the room, which made things very inconvenient. The bathtub had rust and burn marks, and we found two roaches in the room. When we arrived, the toilet was already clogged, and we had to go out and buy our own plunger just to use it. The TV did not work, and instead of it being properly fixed or replaced, we ended up having to buy a TV from Goodwill ourselves. On top of that, there were very loud neighbors, and the room constantly smelled like cigarettes and weed, even though we don’t smoke. Overall, the room was not clean, not properly maintained, and not worth the price. I would not recommen

We stayed here on January 2nd because the weather was extremely cold and we just needed a place to sleep. This turned out to be the worst motel experience we’ve ever had. The room felt very dirty the moment we walked in. The restroom and bathtub were filthy, there was what looked like a blood stain on the wall, and the bed sheets did not feel clean at all. We ended up sleeping with our clothes and socks on because we didn’t feel comfortable touching anything. We had already paid, so we stayed, but we honestly wished we had either paid more for a proper hotel or just slept in our car. If you are considering booking here, don’t. Even on a tight budget, you’re better off sleeping in your car near a well-lit area or spending a little extra for a decent place
