Motel 6 Kingston, TN

I have stay here for maybe 10 day are maybe less. I would always stay. Greg, the manager and owner is a very great person. His family also house cleaning was great great people. I’ve always stayed with them. I’m in this area room is very clean shower hot water immediately did have some noise from the traffic but that’s OK because it’s close to the interstate very safe place dog friendly, which I have a little Jack Russell and she know exactly where to go to use the bathroom after the second time my first day I had problems because I didn’t have enough money to put down for a deposit and Greg help me out a lot. That’s why I always stay here. The prices were decent. I stayed in another motel before I came here and their price was outrageous until somebody told me about Motel 6 on Gaha Road i

They are crooks. Called them and the price was one thing, when we get there its a different price, the next day they increased the price because of deposit and because of it being 2 ppl (which should've been in the initial price). Then on 12/26/2025, they knew my paycheck was gonna be late because of the holidays. They without knocking walked in my room twice. Once for house keeping and once to call me to the office (this could've been done by phone). At 4am 12/27/2025 they woke me up out of sleep harassing me for money and wanted us out. Worst experience ever.

My stay at the Motel 6 in Kingston was disappointing and unnecessarily complicated.||When I arrived, it took quite a while for anyone to come to the front desk. I had booked a King non-smoking room through the My6 app, with my two dogs clearly disclosed in advance. I was told the room I reserved was not available and was placed in a double non-smoking room instead, which I was charged extra for, despite it being a downgrade from my original reservation.||I was also charged additional pet deposits, even though my pets were already listed in the My6 system and I was asked again at check-in. Several extra charges were added with limited explanation, which made the process feel disorganized. I was told the room I reserved was not available and was placed in a double non-smoking room instead, which I was charged extra for. I was also charged additional pet deposits, despite the pets already being listed in My6. Several charges were added with little clarity upfront. Only after I mentioned leaving a review and contacting corporate did discounts appear and transparency improve. The room itself had issues: no sink or bathtub stoppers, peeling paint on bathroom tile, cheap plastic hangers, and yellowed sheets and towels. I did not feel comfortable

Friendly staff, SUPER clean room. Just the basics but right on the highway. Perfect for a one night stay. Only downside is no coffee in the room but for the price I highly recommend.
