Motel 6 Hereford, TX

Everything was good except, the heat didn't work and the train was so loud I should have brought a fan. Not motel fault. Pretty clean though. No where for the dog to poop, it was garbage and glass where the dog is supposed to go.

My experience was ok, I guess I mean we had someone attempting to come in our room, and then when we were leaving I attempted to leave the room key at the office to get a copy of the receipt as well. We were unable to after ringing the doorbell and the door camera bell 4 times. Then my wife while in the vehicle she blew the horn 3 times and still they never came to the door. The we went to look for the housekeeper and we found him. He was in the room we slept in. He was laying down on the bed and then He looked out the window. I waved him down, he came down and stated that the owner would open the door till 11am. Which it was 10:10am when we're leaving. Let's get it together Motel 6🤦🤦

Owners aren't friendly and they told one lie after another about the phone (they said it worked....i said "if it works, why won't anyone answer it?"), the internet (again, they insisted it worked, but i showed them my phone and the site didn't show up on my phone). The worst was the lack of heat. The room was very cold when i went in so i immediately turned the heat up high. After about 45 minutes and i still hadn't removed my shoes and coat (the temp was in the 20's outside) i decided to leave. When i told them i was leaving and why they said they wouldn't return my money. I left anyway and checked into the Budget Inn down the road. It was about the same price, the owners were VERY nice and friendly. Everything worked in the room and they even called me later to see if everything was OK!

The room was clean and spacious. There was a microwave, mini fridge, and a decent sized TV. All of the linens were clean and had no stains. The only negative thing was that the BNSF rail line is across the road and trains come through pretty often until around midnight and then start back up in the morning. It didn't affect my sleep but they were fairly loud while I was awake. I'll stay here again when I'm in the area.

Small room very clean But walls are paper thin windows are covered with thin panel wood You can't sleep You can hear vehicles very loud and train AC don't work in my room Bad location for a hotel right need to the train tracks because train passes every 5 minutes horrible hated it's even hard to hear the tv everything going outside is very loud
