Positive: the manager and diamond tried to be helpful after their night staff drop the ball Negative: everything waa wrong with this hotel. you have drug dealers, selling from the side of the hotel. you have a staff that thinks you should beg for good service. room had dirty sheets, no fridge and a/c you can't turn down because the room will flood

The worst and most disgusting place I've ever seen. If visually seeing the mold on the walls isn't enough to turn you away the overwhelming stench. We grabbed a "clean" towel to wipe the water off the table to set a bag down and the towel was already wet and gross. We booked here only because we are having to evacuate with dogs and choices were beyond limited. The elevator is something from a horror movie and the stairwell reeks of urine. We couldn't leave fast enough, staying in the van was a better option.

My recent stay at Motel 6 was extraordinarily disappointing and deeply concerning. The condition of the property was far below acceptable health and safety standards. There was visible black mold throughout the room, including on the walls and even on the mattress. The odor was strong and unpleasant, and the level of deterioration and lack of maintenance was alarming. Several items were broken or in very poor condition, giving the impression that the property is not being properly maintained. What is most troubling is that families with children appear to be living there, many of whom may not have other housing options. Do NOT come here. 190 USD a night for a room, with the worst hotel stay. The whole entire building stinks. I really could not breathe through my nose for the entire stay. The smell and humidity the moment you step in the hotel building was horrible. That should have been the first sign to cancel the stay. The fact that you have to have the AC on at a very cold temperature (below 65°F is what we were told by the receptionist) in order to avoid the room to not be flooded with water from the humidity is unbelievable. The whole room was dirty and disgusting. The tables and bed side tables and the floor are all crooked and tilted (yes, the floor). The locks are broken which makes it so dangerous, considering the sketchy people hanging around outside the hotel in the vicinity who don’t appear to

Motel 6 wasn't an awful experience. My door lock pad was functioning but not pleasantly showcased, there were electrical boards visible. The customer service was satisfactory though. However, I wasn't given undivided attention because the second servicer had some things on her plate that couldn't be held off until after my transaction was complete. But, I understood that my servicer didn't want to be rude. The room didn't have a microwave or a refrigerator which should have been expected since the reservation operator told me that those things would be present. I just didn't think that I'd have to use the microwave in the lobby downstairs. The elevators took a long time to "elevatate" but I'm patient however some residents had some choice words regarding the upkeep of the situation. Th
